Tennis Canada’s “Giant” New Partnership

Tennis Giant becomes the new official retailer and stringer of the National Bank Open presented by Rogers

Tennis Canada and Tennis Giant are proud to announce a new long-term corporate partnership in relation to the National Bank Open, presented by Rogers. Tennis Giant will be the new official retailer and stringer of the tournament, beginning with the 2023 WTA edition, in Montreal.

“We are thrilled to have Tennis Giant as our retail and stringing partner for the National Bank Open presented by Rogers”, said Claude Savard, Vice President of Corporate Partnerships for Tennis Canada. “We know that fans will thoroughly enjoy the fresh new look and feel that Tennis Giant will bring to the on-site retail space”.

The retail area will be comprised of just over 6,000 square feet, within the Tennis Giant tent and be home to all the big-name brands. Fans will be able to purchase all the apparel and equipment used by their favorite players. In addition to tennis, visitors will also be able to browse products related to other fast growing racquet sports, such as Pickleball and Padel Tennis.

“This is a huge milestone in the strategic vision of our company and the foundation for a strong relationship with Tennis Canada which will carry over into other future collaborations”, stated Mike Ghazal, Co-President of Tennis Giant. “Maher and I both grew up playing competitive tennis in Montreal. We have such fond memories of attending this prestigious event and watching our childhood idols play. Partnering with Tennis Canada for this tournament is a dream come true for us.”, described Ghazal about Co-President and founding partner of Tennis Giant, Maher Diab, in relation to the tournament.
